This research aim is determined to relationship of death anxiety and conspicuous consumption tendency. İt has implemented that interwieving with participant as a face to face political party central town organisation in Balıkesir between 25 may 2013 and 12 june 2013. Research sample consist of 31 female and 50 male. As a Research instruments are used Demographic Data Questionnaire, Death Anxiety of Thorson-Powell Scale and Conspicuous Consumption Tendency Scale. Participiants demographical characterictics are male 63 %, 44- 56 age group 40,7 %, income outcome equal people 58%, religious belief middle level 59,3%, together living family 88,9%, glad to life situation 43,2%, long time living big city 75,3% and feeling middle economical level 86,4%. Death Anxiety Scale Mean Point 51,01 and Conspicuous Consumption Tendency Scale Mean Point 32,19 are found. As a research consequences that have not been relation among death anxiety and conspicuous consumption tendency.
