Abstract


Factors That Have Been Affected and the Impact of School Culture
This search aims to determine what is effective in forming school culture and what are the school culture affects by according to school managers’ and teachers’ views. The research is a qualitative research. The structured interview among the interview methods has been used, general screening method has been benefitted. The research has been made on managers and teachers working at schools determined in 61 schools serving in the Directorate of National Education center district in the school year 2014-2015. The study group of the research has consisted of 12 schools and 75 people. As a data collection tool, interview form that has been used. The teachers and managers have been asked to fill in the structured interview form of 5 questions. Each of the questions has been prepared to get different data. Data have been written down in computer environment and have been analyzed by using descriptive analysis and content analysis of the qualitative research techniques. As a result of the research school manager and teachers have said that is not very easy to form a healthy school culture, it can be formed with contributions of all the stakeholders and depending on a specific process.
