Abstract
Communication Researches in Turkey: A Qualitative Review on Some Doctoral Thesis from 1980 to Present
In the last 30 years, fast developments in technology have played an active role in the acceptance of communication as a science. In this study, the methodology of 5 PhD thesis on communication, carried out in Turkey between the years 1980-2015, are analyzed. Moreover the progress of communication and the focus topics of communication in Turkey are analyzed. Parallel with the progress in communication technologies, the results of the studies conducted in the field of communication have also been differentiated and expanded within the scope of the subject.
