Abstract
Evaluation of the Applications Made by the Ministry of National Education Communication Center (MEBIM-147) in terms of Notifications Situations
This study; The Ministry of National Education Communication Center (MEBİM-147) was evaluated in terms of the notifications of the applications made between 2012 and 2015. The research is a qualitative study. The methods of qualitative research were obtained by data analysis techniques using document analysis technique. Obtained statistical data were subjected to descriptive analysis. Graphs resulting from the descriptive analysis were analyzed using content analysis method. According to the contents analysis, the findings regarding the distribution of information on the gender and educational status, the distribution of the notification numbers on the basis of illiteracy, and the distribution of the reporting issues were evaluated from the information obtained from the information, opinions and suggestions, notices, complaints and requests made to the MEBİM-147. It has been determined that the most complaints in the survey are the negative attitudes towards students and the least notification that the behaviors are related to the application of school milk distribution.
