Abstract


Current Situation Analysis of Ministry of National Education on the Incentive Assistance to Private Schools
This research aims of the Republic of Turkey depend on the Ministry of Education 5580 law covered studying in private schools/see to the students for academic support, encourage applicants to the type of school between the years 2014-2018, the number of students will be given support, support amounts to is changes on the application process and requirements to find out if it is not. Research is a qualitative study and document analysis method is used. As a result of the research, it has been found out that there is no change except application procedures for education and training support and updating of the dates on the placement calendar. It has been observed that the types of institutions that receive incentives are increased from 22 to 26. It has been determined that there are 5 school types to be supported, the amount of support is increased every year and the number of students to benefit from support is decreasing every year, but the number of students benefiting from support is increasing. It is observed that there is no change in the student application conditions who will be supported and that the provinces benefiting from the support are Istanbul and Ankara at the beginning and Ardahan is the least benefiting province. In addition, it has been determined that the student application criteria who will benefit from the support change.
